How it works

Train Hard. Compete at Your Level. Grow Together.

Each season, gymnasts from 8+ cities come together for 3–4 exciting competitions. Gymnasts train and compete at their individual skill levels, earning recognition for both their personal achievements and their team's success. They advance when they're ready or when they meet score-out requirements.

JGL encourages strong skills, hard work, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence, all while building friendships and celebrating each other's accomplishments.

Real Competition

Gymnasts compete individually and as part of their teams in meets scored by USAG-certified judges, with individual medals and team trophies.

Progress at Your Own Pace

Gymnasts advance based on individual readiness, as assessed by their coach, or by meeting score-out requirements. Each gymnast is encouraged to challenge herself, improve her skills, and reach her full potential.

The Fun Meet

Once a year, JGL hosts a special, more relaxed competition where gymnasts can experience a real meet with certified judges and individual scores, but without rankings or placements. Open to JGL members, pre-team gymnasts, and gymnasts from non-member gyms, the Fun Meet offers additional divisions, including Xcel Silver and Gold, so even more girls can participate!

More Than Just a Competition

JGL is about more than medals and scores. We encourage hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and team spirit while helping gymnasts build confidence, form friendships, and take pride in their progress and achievements.
